J&W Tolley Leather Pistol Case?

Wonderful Tolley case requiring the minimum of TLC. Possibly a pistol case but more likely for tools? 
The lock works but the top catch need’s replacing. Interior good for its age with original baize lining. 
Lid and back stamped with makers name. The case was made by Rawle of London. 
Original trade label! 
There is a wooden box inside the case but I don’t think it goes with it? Measures 12”x8”x4”. 

Comes with Cookson of 14 Gresham St London used cartridge  plus a collection of old screwdrivers etc
