tody27 Posted June 4, 2004 Report Share Posted June 4, 2004 usually late July or early august. Before then you should get some sport on laid cereals but only if there is a sufficient summer storm. If your booking time off work it would be risky to do it at this time, because even the farmer wont know when he's harvestings. As dogsnuts says its completely dependant on the weather; if its dry and warm with a bit of rain the harvest will be early.
