Cranfield
Can you be a bit more specific ? Are you wishing to take a gun there, move there, bring a gun back from there, or something comletely different ?
magdie
Can anybody in the Forum tell me, what he Air Gun Laws are in Spain/ Gran Canaries. I would like to do some shooting over in Gran Canaria as I have a place over there. With it being a duty free island I thought I might get some decent scopes etc cheap to bring back for myself. But my main question is are the laws simular to ours ? I have had a place over there for the past fourteen years, but just got back into shooting after many years out of the sport. I would be using air rifles only, I would be glad for any information you could give me
sidibear
I think you will find Spains gun laws are more draconian than ours, not sure about air weapons though.
Cranfield
I am trying to find the reference, but I am sure I read somewhere that you do not need a licence for an air weapon, but you are not permitted to shoot live quarry with it. This could of course, only apply to mainland Spain and not to the Canaries. The safest thing would be to ask the Police out there what the restrictions (if any) there are.
