Eel traps

Helo all

i have had no luck with my eel trap it has two entrances is made of nylon meshing and i bait with rabbit heads or

any other carcasses. Are there any best months to set it?? Best baits?

any tips would be great.

try a small peice of lamb, hang it first until its starts to pen and ink, i used to use home made eel traps in leominster and they caught pretty much all year round.
