winniedog
Hi, A rather less contensious question. Is there anyone out there using a Pedersoli Muzzleloader with non-toxic shot without a shot-cup to protect the bore? The bores are chrome lined, and the USA dealers suggest sometimes it is 'therefore ready for use with steel shot'.. I am waiting for delivery of one (american-spec multi-choke version) of these beasts: the idea of a 'front-stuffer' that was interesting was the fact you could probably put anything down it from tin to bismouth (within reason).......I know Ian at Claygame has some (a new line) interesting looking 10 Bore compressed card cups that will do the job, anyone tried them yet. I live in the middle of moorland: and really want to get away from lead of any kind. Steel would be the prefered route. Best wishes......and thanks for the welcome to the forum
henry d
to PW forums, yes it seems your first post was seen by some as a little contentious, however most here are very friendly and towards that end most people put a little bit of information in their personal profile, just to let people be aware of the area/country they are from and even to let them know what their favourite field sport is. You will find it at the top of the page........ My Controls and at the LHS of the page you will find the heading "Personal Profile" and the sub heading "Edit Profile Information", simply click on this and you can add as much or as little information as you want. In the past we have had people find that not only did they live in the same area or town , but the same street and many have become good friends through this site. Final thing, don`t even try tin worst thing IMHO, doesn`t kill well at all.
