This crappy bit of journalism starts by saying that he was shot 3 times at point blank range,does not say with what weapon, then says he was also hit in the face with the butt of an air rifle. This being the only type of weapon mentioned would i think cause people to believe that he was shot with an air rifle.

sorry, but the lad is a ******* animal and can not be rehabilitated. someone should be authorised to shoot him 3 times in the head.

I'd assume that he probably did shoot him with said air gun. But read down the page and allegedly the guy had just got off molesting his girlfriend, whether that was true or not if he believed it was it might have agravated him a bit.

Its no excuse for the crime but might be the reason behind it

The court heard Kerr's ex-girlfriend had claimed the pensioner had molested her - allegations which were "vehemently denied".

 

 

The sentence will date from 21st August 2007â€.
