Black stain on my gun

Hello guys,

 

When I come back from shooting and clean the gun there is a build up of black staining on the metal parts to the gun, I guess its from the residue but how can I remove it?

 

Any ideas??:lol:

When you say the staining is some kind of Residue, do you mean from the cartridges you use? If so, try a different cartridge or failing that, a quick squirt of 'Legia' spray should clean the action and the barrels after a long day in the field!

If this black staining gets enameled into the breech face, try a small XXX fine peice of wet and dry but GO EASY!!!!
