Stu S
Did my usual 100 ESP at Mid Norfolk, and was very tempted to sign in as birds only, as I am an unclassified shooter, and don't usually come anywhere anyway, but for some reason I signed in as competition, despite not planning to. The weather was amazing, it was warm, no wind, sun wasn't a problem on any of the clays, so what more could we ask for! Anyways, I ended up with a score of 85 ex 100, which put me in as an A class, I finished 5th overall (not sure how many shooters there were, but I was no. 67), and took 2nd place in A class! You should have seen the faces of some of the 'established' members/regular shooters of the ground that were A class shots, it was quite funny really, although i think it slightly off that they were rather unhappy that an unclassified shooter had beaten them! Anyhoo, well impressed with myself, couldn't have shot better if i had tried! And that 85 score has finally managed to get rid of all my scores that were in the 50's, making my average now 71.125, firmly in B class if you go by the last round of classifications. And how about everyone else? Stu
