The Big Red Fox
These are target shooters scopes and are of no good to your average stalker or vermin guy, as the gun is put in and out of the bag you will most definitely move the windage reticles as they are uncovered...... parrymaxtom
I apologise for not introducing myself , but I have been able to get hold of some gear for my club at discount and thought i would also offer it to fellow shooter,at little profit to myself. As posters namely teal are not happy with it,I will no longer post.As for the scopes, they are ideal for hunting as they combine high mag with mil.dots, and the sniper turrets are good quality so will not turn when nocked. As an X sniper I have never found these to be a problem in any condition. The Big Red Fox
In my experience (not a sniper but a bloody good shot) these turrets do move, I have not yet seen a scope with these turrets that can lock though granted you do get some stiffer than others. As a shot that relies on accuracy I would not like to take the chance that they had not moved!!!! Therefore in my opinion (and that’s what this site is all about) they are no good to your hunter,stalker……………….. Sorry Foxsy
parrymaxtom
Foxsy. You have obviously only ever used cheap turret scopes, show me a british army sniper who does not have turret scopes. Can you honestly tell me your average hunter/stalker would put his rifle through more than a soldier in the field. In my opinion you are talking out of your
The Big Red Fox
Get a grip of yourself mate..... soldier, seems like you couldn't have been that good as all soldiers are told first and foremost don't lose your cool eh and if these scopes are that good sell them to the army because no-one here wants them. parrymaxtom
Foxsy(are you a girl), I`d hardly lose my cool responding to someone like you.I know you think that your some sort of super shot and expert on scopes, but i can guess what the truth is in reality.I said before that I`m happy to leave the forum as requested,so I will post no more.So foxsy it might be an idea to find out a little bit more about something before you slag it off. highdowns hunter
Parrymaxtom, I dont suppose that you are aware but there has been a lot of bickering in these forums between people trying to promote their own business without contributing to the site. No one wants you to leave. I would imagine that you have a lot to offer a site like this I was quite surprised that one of the moderators had not informed you about the rules about advertising here. apbuild
Big Red Fox and Parrymaxtom, Just read a post from 'Pieman' and then felt compelled to post him a reply. You both should read this post from Pieman and then stop biting at one another and grow up! Look at 'General Banter'. Post heading: 'Mr Pieman Senior'. Andrew006
I must add my bit. I have used milpro/sidewinder scopes for the last couple of years and I can garantee that they are superb scopes for the money (so these are even better value)and are ideal for all disciplines, hunting or stalking and target shooting and I will also add that this Foxy chap does not have a clue what he's talking about. Probably own a BSA meteor and 4x32 scope eh?
