I am LB. In fact one of my best rough shoots is 150 acres of mixed woodland owned by the NT which is maintained by the farmer who lets me shoot on the rest of his land.

He also lets me coppice the hazel for sticks etc.

I have also done a substantial amount of work for the NT over many years and they are a very fickle bunch.

I cant see from your thread what we are supposed to vote for which is why you probably havent had much response to this topic

Watched some programs on the box a while ago about NT. My conclusion was they are living in the past, haven't got a clue how to spend all their money, John Lennon's house for example.

I'm sure they are either largest or 2nd largest landowner in the country (think Railtrack is the other)

I have a buddy that likes finding public footpaths that run through 'pay as you enter' NT properties and getting free access, just to upset them, there are a quite a few apparently.

So is anyone on here owning up to being a NT member? or even a 'life member'??

Not '******* likely WF.

That programme made me cringe WF.

I like your mates attitude though, he will go far and free. :P

I believe the church is the largest landowner, I may be wrong but rather like dropping the hypocrites in it. :P

As to being a member, well, my lips are sealed.

LB not very christian.
