steve_b_wales
I usually load 70 Gr bullets using 43 grains of Hodgdon H380 (.243) I have been given a quantity of Hornady 65Gr V max heads but my loading manual (Modern Loading by Richard Lee) does not have a figure for the 65Gr. It states that with a 60 gr the loads are 42.7 min + 44.5 max, and for the 70 Gr, 41.6 min + 44.0 max. Does anyone know what charge I could use for the 65 Gr using the 380 powder. I don't want to change the powder as I have a quantity of it. Thanks Steve Edited May 30, 2008 by steve_b_wales
