Hodmedod.one
I picked up one of these in a junk shop when I was on holiday. It seems to be in working order but when you squeeze it it makes a squeaking noise until nearly all the air has gone and then a high pitched "grunt". To the best of my knowledge, there aren't many castrated Roe or Muntjac in Norfolk (with a bark like Julian Clary) :( , so I think the tone will need deepening for the call to work. I believe that they are adjustable as there is a small silver screw head on the underside near the front "ball" and another screw inside, visible once the ball is removed. Before I have a twiddle and ****** it up does anyone have some instructions please?
v-max
Richard prior dose a tape on using the call & how to adjust but dont think you need to do that just learn the techniques of the buttalo. They are very good when it works but you need to learn & it wont be long & the rut be on.
