Custom .300 Remington Ultra Magnum

Recommended Posts

I've only had this rifle from new a couple of months, but have been offered a 50 cal RPA at the right price and can't keep two big guns running.....

The rifles specs are:

Remington 700 L/A with jeweled bolt and badger bolt ****

30" Pacnor no. 8 heavy profile (inch at muzzle) super match stainless barrel threaded 18mm at muzzle (had less than 230 shots)

Custom proofed stainless muzzle brake (like a larger Vias) and fits the barrel perfectly so you can't see the join

Jewel trigger

Choate ultimate sniper stock - kylon coated and lead weighted

Nightforce 20MOA bases

The rifle shoots 1/2 MOA to 1,200+ yards and overall weights approx. 20 lbs and recoils less than a .308.

Can be shot on any Gallery range (including Bisley) since it falls under the 7,000 joule HME limit!

£1,200 or £1,800 with Leupold 8.5-25x56 VX-III varmint hunter with butler creeks, in Warne QD rings (spare .300RUM Sendero barrel avaliable, less than 100 shots!)

You are welcome to try before you buy.

Pm me or call (pm for number) at any time upto 10pm. If I'm not in leave a message and I will get back to you.

Cheers Tiff

Sorry to be pendantic but your info is incorrect.

The Bisley limit is 4500J not 7000J

Wicked rifle though, if only :P

No I'm afraid your wrong! I was shooting it there the other week! The Higher Muzzle Energy Limit (HME) is 7000 Joules. You just have to zero at 200 meters or on the zero range (takes 2 minutes) before you shoot with a HME RCO.
