Markio Posted June 22, 2008 Report Share Posted June 22, 2008 (edited) ***NOW SOLD*** Lanber 12ga O/U, 30†Barrels (not steel proofed), 2â€Â¾/70mm chambers, Multi Choke. The gun is in good condition. It has the usual couple of marks on the wood but nothing major, usual wear and tear. While the action isn’t tight (quite loose would be a better description) there’s no sideways play. The bores are in excellent condition with the exception of a couple of bits of reside just after the chambers that my best efforts haven’t shifted (they are small but I’m just being as thorough as possible in my description). One of the cylinder chokes has become a bit rounded where I slipped with the choke key during tightening. There are 8 chokes in total: 2 x Cylinder (no notches) 1 x ¼ (4 notches) 1 x ½ (3 notches) 2 x ¾ (2 notches) 2 x Full (1 notch) This was my first gun bought 2 years ago from a fellow PW member. It’s never let me down in that time. I paid £320 then and I’ll accept £250 for it now. If you like to haggle then we’ll call it £270 then I’ll take £250. Will consider part ex for cheap 12ga Pump Action (£100 value). Face to Face and SGC holders only (obviously). If you’re interested then I’m more than happy to meet at a clay ground so you can try it out. Braintree or Parkford (St Osyth) are local grounds to me.
