Dr W
I'm thinking of going along to the NRA open day at Bisley in September but before I register could anyone who's been tell me how the voucher system works? You can buy either a £10 or £20 book of vouchers to use so I guess trying different things costs different amounts and you use your vouchers accordingly but what happens when these run out, can you buy more or is that your lot? Sorry if being daft but finding it quite confusing and the NRA website is worse than useless.
MC
Dr.W The voucher system is just like having cash, it just means that they is not thousands of pound coins at every firing point. You can pre book them or buy them on the day, or if you pre book and use them all you can buy more. Likewise if you buy too many and don't use them you can take them back at the end of the day and get a refund. I would thoroughly recomend that everyone interested in shooting goes to one of these days, I have been to several and shot guns that I would not normally get the chance to. Including the AI sniper rifle. It is a good day out and my only advice is go early to the ones you really want toshoot as it can get busy. Also if you come to the PW meet at bisley you will get the chance to shoot some different rifles. You are more than welcome to shoot mine.
