TX Sniper
thinking of buying an mfr as selling my tx (see for sale). Loved the other rapids when i shot them but need to justify the money. The gun will be in .177 and used purely for hunting. Just want peoples opinions on the rifle or if there are any other viable options to consider. Any help appreciated Jim
bennyblanco
very well balanced gun, wisper quiet with the extra silencer. mk2 in .22 would be a better bet if you are ever considering going fac. dont think you will have any complaints and i would recomed going to ben taylors to get it. hth, ben
TX Sniper
my shooting partner has a rapid mk2 fac .22 and the mk1 @ legal limit. I like them both but i dont need to go fac. im going deer stalking next summer and might apply for a fire arms cert if i like it. for now 12 ft/lb is fine. i like my shotguns and have just bought an aya so i cant really aford to go fac until next year. Just wanted to get some feed back as i dont know anyone with one to try, though i can imagine i will like it if its as good as the other rapids. Cheers again jim
bennyblanco
its just like a better balanced mk2, you will love it. just bought my 1st .177 pcp, (i have 2 air arms and a mk1 rapid all in .22) a single shot hornet and i love it, good weight for unrested shots and such a flat tragectory.
