Don't be embarraced about eating them - they're my favourite too!! :yes: (Keep it quiet with non-hunting people though)

 

I shot a load in the back garden as they were causing a real problem with other wildlife and damaging property. I had finished the last one off last year and I haven't seen another since and believe me, I'm good at spotting them. My point is that if you overshoot an area, you might not see any again for years.. Maybe they have a way of telling other squirrels that a particular area is bad news..? Squirrel telegraph. Try bird feeders with nuts if you like but it has not worked here ;)
