duckduck1
Hi guys, this is my first post so please be gentle with me  I have put in for a FAC for A .22 .17HMR & .223CF about a month later i get a call from my FLO for a visit, the land i shoot on checks out ok, my security ok, but he wants me to go out with a mentor a few times befor he grants me my FAC as i dont know anybody that shoots a rifle he recomended me a guy, however after arranging to go out with him on five occasions and each time he has left me down. what would you guys recommend my next steps, I am no novice to guns as i have held a SGC for over 20 years. Any advice would be appreciated as i do not want to shoot myself in the foot

2shots
I would ring the FO back and tell him the guy he reccomended has failed to turn up now five times and you are now ready to ring BASC because of him enforcing the mentor ****,also find your nearest firearms club Im sure you could get a more experienced shooter to join you willingly.
