shoot57 Posted July 27, 2008 Report Share Posted July 27, 2008 i would like to try venison and as their seems to be plenty of muntjac in my area and i can now take one legally with my 223 i would like to try one. can anybody tell me if the meat is good and maybe the best way of cooking it ?
