Kevitree
OK, to start this is not meant as a war on BASC or talk on benefits or downsides to any insurance, thats been done all through this online community. i know i read most of it. I choose to be a member of BASC and have the benefit of their insurance cover. Various topics here mention taking your insurance with you, Well i only have a credit card sized card with my membership number on. It does state on the reverse what the insurance cover is. Is this what you all refer too? Paperwork wise I carry a COPY of my SGC and a COPY of the BASC membership whenever out shooting. Is this all i need? Thanks Kevitree
Cranfield
Anybody that you show your BASC membership card to will either know about the accompanying Insurance cover, or ask, "Who is the BASC ?" It sounds as though you have it all covered.
THEINVISIBLESCARECROW
You don't need to carry the insurance with you. I keep my membership card with my tickets simply so I know where it is. All other paperwork stays in the cupboard in the original envelope.
