Cosd
When going to ask for permision, what's the best time to catch the farmer? Early morning, midday, evening??? I tend to do a drive around after work (between 4pm and 6pm) and rarely catch them about.....
Curly87
Its hard to say really, they seem to be busy all day long! Do you know any farmers already? You could always ask them to put you in contact with other farmers, i think that would be a far better way of doing it! or going to your local pub and talking to some farm hands who could put you in touch with them, i have gained shooting permission that way before I think you have to catch a farmer in a really good mood to just walk up to them and gain shooting permission
