hodge911 Posted October 5, 2008 Author Report Share Posted October 5, 2008 Very smart , did they take long? not really managed to get the cherrywood from a local joinery firm and they cut it to the thickness required so all i had to do was draw around the original handles and sandpaper smooth, round off edges ,then gave it three coats of teak oil left for a couple of days the applied four coats or spray polyurathane clear gloss finish then instead of drilling and screwing them on i used clear araldite 2 part glue Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
