pavman
Whell i'd certainly be happy with that. Have you tried the 55grains, with much success? yep i tried 55 Grain in Rem and Federal, the Feds where very tight but very expensive £26 a box where as the Fed soft tips are £16:50 and very inconsistant, the Rems also gave very poor groups, I spoke at length with local shop who said try Hornady 75 Grain Boat Tails (in the 8 twist) as you are pointing at Deer as well as Fox, they could not get any in a hurry so he said try the 60 grain and they go very well, and they seem to, nice groups good result if you hold over or under very consistant (as long as you are) only thing I found is they drop more than the claim by Hornady when you puch out to 200, inch high at 100 will put you 2.5 to 3 low and they claim 1.5 high at 100 will give Zero at 200, and 8 low at 300, long as you know its not a problem
