Boarding kennels

I am going away for a weekend and if my mate cant look after my dog I will have to put him in a boarding kennels.

Im just wondering he wont pick up any diseases will he?

He is up to date with his vaccinations and has been wormed. But is there anything else I should be looking out for?

Because at Christmas I am going away for 2 weeks and want to make sure he gets the best care while im away.

Thanks

Df

my dad in law runs a boarding kennels , me and the missus are looking after it at end of the month omg !

they wont accept a dog in unless it has had all jabs including kennel cough , is defleaded and wormed and they ask for evidence ! they have never had any problems with disease . they are immaculate ,

i do know of others that are minging ! and feed your dog that ritalin maize **** !

you best bet is to ask at ur vets if they reccomend one ?

ask to visit the kennels for an inspection one with nothing to hide will be happy to do this .

all the best !

Right I have been reading about kennel cough and I dont think he has been vaccinated against that as it says it is injected up the nose. And it says you should get it done 1 week before he goes to the kennels. So it looks like he is going to be with my friend.

Thanks
