Hubertus
what does open firearms cert means? Hubertus
ernyha
Hubertus an open certificate means that the owner can use a firearm on land that he judges as suitable and safe rather than being restricted to just land that he is approved to shoot on by the police. This is usually granted after the owner of a restricted certificate has proved himself safe and competant after a few years. As you have probably noticed though, all police forces have their own interpretation of the rules in this country.
