Got my new gun today and mount so i fitted the scope and set up a brolly with a chair as a gun rest at the side of the house (was raining) and it hasnt stopped!

and to top it all i couldnt hit a barn door with it i was turning the turret left about 50 clicks and it didnt seem to change, got frustrated and packed in, cant go out if it wasnt raining no bloody bag from jsr, even though i ordered it ages ago.

i cant be ***** :lol:

i'll try my luck tomorrow, maybe i can zero it in properly then :lol:

Just a little tip.

Have you wound the MOA winders completely to one side and then counted how many clicks in total to fully the other way?

Then count clicks back halfway and zero from there.

Not being patronising but it is just a thought for the zeroing problem. Normally a scope will zero easier from centre.

Rob. :lol::lol:

i am doing! :lol:

it looks awsome, at first i mounted the scope and the flip up at the front was blocked by the rear open sight :lol:

re-mounted and i think i did it right (put scope level then tightened mount to gun evenly then tightened it to scope evenly then tightened the mounts a little more to gun) didnt need the free scope stop

and its quieter than my old bsa lightning and it has no silencer :lol:

so im well chuffed :o

btw its a gamo shadow 1000 with hawke reflex 6x42 mildot with dampa mount :lol:
