pair away Posted November 15, 2008 Report Share Posted November 15, 2008 we went up to doveridge yesterday and had an hour on the pattern plate , ive never used one before and the results realy opened my eyes as to pattern shape and make up ( size ) the difference between 21g 24g 28g loads was massive . and although not done under lab conditions , the guy i was with seems to have gainned a better understanding of how his new gun shoots and a better idea of why he misses the birds he does , only hope this does not mean hes going to beat me every sunday now !! he nows how he is so cheers mate its just what i needed. try it yourself and you might get the same shocks we did .
