samyw Posted November 22, 2008 Report Share Posted November 22, 2008 went out early this morning, it was freezing. had a really good day though.I went to a place not too far from my house, I walked to a place were a few pigeons have been coming, there wenr too many about but i maaged to shoot these two. i also walked a pit out and a hen pheasant came out had one shot and it was down, just loaded my gun again and another came out and i got that aswell. later that morning, i was with my girlfriends dad and his labrador. we were walking past the midden when the dog charged in the midden and a rabbit ran out, my girlfirends dad cudnt get a shot at it because the dog was there but i got a shot as it was running under a hedge and bowled it over. just to finish the day off nicely i was walking through the wood when three cock pheasants got up i though to myself dont be greedy so i only shot one.
