Tobyb525
Hi, I have just bought my first shotgun, its a Browning 525 classic game 12g. It came with a full set of browning invector chokes but i'm confussed about which ones to use. I currently am using a 1/2 and a 1/4. I also have 1/1, 3/4, skeet and cyl. I like shooting skeet and can hit pairs with this but I have heard I should use a choke with a wider spread. Which situation do I use each choke in and does it mater which way round I put them i.e. 1/2 in top barrel and 1/4 in bottom. Thanks a lot, Toby. Gordon R
For Skeet - use Cylinder in bottom barrel and Skeet in top. For game or Sporting Clays - 1/4 in bottom barrel and 1/2 in top. Keep selector to the right so it fires bottom barrel first.
