rayo
Bought this old Mincer / Sausage maker the other day for the princely sum of £3.00 so decided to set to this afternoon and try to make some sausages. I have put Pheasant / Rabbit and some leek & sage from my allotment i also added a slice of belly pork in case they were lacking a bit of fat . I have just cooked one and i must admit i am pleased with the end result considering this being my first attempt. Some of the guys have posted recipes for me to try so i will be giving them a go in the near future . I will let you know how i get on. Ps i managed to scrounge the skins of my local butcher
