Horrocks Posted December 30, 2008 Report Share Posted December 30, 2008 Hi Dont quite know how to describe what im looking for because i dont know its name, Its a rubber attachment to be affixed to the eyepiece of a rifle scope and sits flush against your the outside of you eye socket in order to block out excess sunlight. v. grateful if anybody can tell me what this is and where to get one. Horrocks Posted December 30, 2008 Author Report Share Posted December 30, 2008 A sunshade fits to the forward facing end of the scope i think, this is an eye rest on the rear facing end of the scope, that comes into contact with your eye. the scope is an old nikko sterling 4-12x40.
