evilstoat
went out with my mrs & my shooting buddy & his misses, he wanted to buy a new knife for paunching, so when we got to the indoor market he went straight for the knife/sword guy's stall, told me he had his eye on this knife. when i looked at it i thought it was nice...so invested in one as i had lost my other small knife. when we got to the army surplus shop for him to purchase a winter shooting jacket, **** law i saw a knife there which looked better qaulity for the same price. I seem to be doing this a lot lately with electrical goods too but it really winds me up when i could have waited and bought better. has anybody else done this recently? same with the lads xbox 360 games, before xmas they were i thought quite a good price...but after xmas the prices were slashed and i feel a right mug now...obviously he would have been gutted if he woke up on xmas day and had the console and 1 or 2 games and vouchers but...this is getting stupid, makes you not want to buy anything, as you are worried when you part with your hard earned cash the next day it's half price. Masson
Trouble is you wouldn't actually buy anything, you'd be waiting for prices to drop or looking for the cheapest place. If you're happy with the price when you buy it (which is made up of your need vs the actual cost) then shrug it off and don't second guess yourself. GJUK
No, this doesnt happen to me at all, unless I buy something I want (paying over the going rate) because of its condition. I buy everything online, thus allowing me to price compare from the comfort of my leather chair Jon
