Hi all,

I have taken the plunge and bought a black lab dog, iwas supposed to be waiting till spring but couldn't help meself.

plus being quiet at work means i can spend a bit of time at home with him.

Anyhow, the problem being he is peeing for Britain!! it just seems to be constant, only a thimble full or less, no indication just squat then dribble! Put him outside soon has i pull him out the cage & hes having a big wee & a poo which is good, but soon as i bring him in the kitchen of we go again, runs roun stops pees & so on.

The dogs only seven wks old, but i have never had a lurcher pup like this!

I have been leaving his water down 24/7 because he is on dry biscuit, is this right?

I am probably just being a fanny but just thought i'd ask those in the know.

any advice would be appreciated thanks Lewis. :welcomeani:

Thanks NTTF, Joe's booked into vets next friday for his first jab. I will tell the vet, do you think it would be worth taking him in sooner? what are the chances of this going worse?

Other than having to start wearing waders, just dont want the little chap suffering.

Thanks for your advice!

ps Spent half the night reading your dog training threads, they are very good and well explained, especialy for a newbie

CHEERS LEWIS :good:
