Tis1979
Hi All, I was out today with my Fiance's dog (i won't say what it is yet), I didn't have a gun with me so it was just a long walk around an estate i shoot and she (the dog) was showing a real flaire for working the hedge line and putting birds up. She is well behaved and does all the usual walk to the heal, sit, come that sort of thing. So my question is has anyone had any remarkable results trying to train A Staffordshire Bull Terrier? Or any results at all? Many thanks Tristram
SteveT
I used to shoot with a guy that had his Staff trained for picking up....what a dog! Just because it isn't the norm doesn't mean it's not possible!
Tis1979
Yeah i agree steve and it could be fun (& frustrating) trying to teach her. I know she'll love it though.
blackthorn
you might find it a little hard mouthed, they tend to have a good set of jaws :yp: game little dogs, if you have full control of the dog, give it a try Edited February 22, 2009 by blackthorn
