Spaniel
So i have been thinking about replacing my top of the range SMK B2 .22 ( ) with something which is accurrate enough to use hunting on the Bunnies. I have seen some lovely guns for sale but to be honest for how many times im going to use it, i cant really justify spending that sort of money. So if i said my pocket was around the £150 mark, what make/model of riffle could i be looking at todo the job Cheers
Tobyb525
Have a look at the BSA or GAMO springers.
Spaniel
The right ups on the BSA supersports seem good and they give a good score on the accurracy
George1990
I'd say a BSA Meteor (138) or a Weihrauch HW25 (£125) for a new gun. Though on http://www.airgunbuyer.com/subcat.asp?cat=Air%20Rifles it says the BSA has 'lower power' so is suited for targets (prob be all right for bunnies, but not sure.) Though I've just got a deal on an as new TX200 with scope for £150 So if you've got the time to look for a bargain it can often be worth it. But that site has loads to choose from - choice is quite a bit better up to £250.
commanda
for 150£ there isnt as much on range... Go for something like a BSA Tactical XL. I also have the SMK B2, its useless to be quite prefectly honest. I also have the Air Arms TX200 Walnut, which is absolutely amazing. Try and go for that if you can. j.stuart
you would need a pump and used ones pop up every now and again. BSA ultra single shot Webley raider single shot falcon fn19 single shot titan single shot which is basicly a falcon fn19 daystate harriers pop up on guntrader a lot for 150 be worth you waiting and saving another 50 then spend 50 on used pump and 150 on used pcp. you may wait a bit for a used pcp at them prices but it always worth a pm to a seller who is asking 200 with a offer of 150.keep a eye on guntrader as they pop up regular.in my opinion any new rifle that cost between 250 and 300 should be able to be bought used for 150 and should definitly be bought for 150 if third hand. springer wise bsa lightning is your best bet and i cant praise them enough.most the neg feedback is mainly people who use pcp and then try the lightning and decide to rip into it.a springer is a different machine. oh at that price your looking at rifle only but you may find a titan or webley raider scoped for 150.ive seen bsa hornets scoped in the past for 170 so you could easily make a offer. I i were u i would wait for a pcp and use your smk for time being.have you checked charlie the tuner out?he tunes chines stuff.google chinese airgun forum too.these chinese rifles can be made better.also check the post i made "airgunners have a loowk" in this section as im had a few bits made by them and they could help you out.
