Not sure if i will get much interest here but worth a go!

Basically it’s a 97 1.7i niva, and around 50 – 60,000 miles on the clock.

Mods include:

1) Hoodoo lift (with upgraded shocks)

2) Suzuki Rims with Goodyear AT’s (about 10mm tred left so tyres could perhaps do with replacing but have done fine for me)

3) Snorkel

4) Sill/Rock Bars

5) Recovery Points at front (reinforced)

6) Swing out rear wheel carrier

7) Sway bar removed

8 ) Multi hitch tow bar

Good Points:

1) New alternator

2) New Front brake pads

3) Front brake callipers overhauled

4) Engine runs fine with no rattles

5) Transfer case also runs perfectly no vibration even at motorway speed

6) Hi/Low and Difflock work fine and rarely stick

7) Also comes with original lada rims (a bit tatty, could do with cleaning up)

8 ) plus lots of other bits and pieces replaced/upgraded cant remember right now but do have all the paper work of parts from alan

Not so good points:

1) Handbrake doesn’t work, think cable has snapped didn’t get a chance to look at it

2) Steering feels fairly loose, might be as easy to fix as topping up the steering box/adjusting that screw

3) Front diff whines a bit comes and goes

4) small amount of rust nothing major

It is currently on SORN and would require a bit of work to get it through a MOT, really only brakes and steering

looking for £500 ono

If you are a bit mechanically minded it shouldn’t take too much to get through the MOT, could do with new brake pads on the back and maybe a new steering box. Or at least the steering box in there at the moment will need a bit of a look over. Other than that, the wiring might need a quick look at, seem to remember one of the rear brake lights would flicker on and off a bit, but that is probs to do with a bad earth somewhere.

I just havent got the time to do anything to it at the moment. You would be surprised where these little 4x4s will go, often they will out do a landy.
