mark newby
i am selling my much loved .22 BSA airsporter, dont ask me which model, i dont know, one of the last i think. it is in very good condition, ive been told it is fitted with a walnut aftermarket stock but i dont know for definate, it also has a set of original BSA 3-9 x 40 sights fitted which i was told by a collector are worth more than the rifle itself. all i know is it is a very nice and powerfull rifle, puts rabbits n pigeons down no probs. it was stripped n serviced by t bloke from the local gun shop 2 years ago, and apparently he greased the threads that hold the alloy trigger mech to the steel chamber to stop it seizing in the future ( an apparent problem with these ) at the same time. i dont really want to sell it but the wife says if i dont sell the others i cant buy the new rapid 7 ive been afterm hence all the rifles im selling. please email me at ********************** for a pic and further details. it is a very nice rifle and i dont really want to sell it as it was my first .22 £180 or vey near offer and it will come with a proper gun slip and an upgrade spring if i can find it ( was going to get it fitted but was told it would take it over the limit so didnt. can post anywhere in uk Edited April 8, 2009 by henry d
