Browning Posted April 9, 2009 Report Share Posted April 9, 2009 On a Sako or Tikka, you would be a fool to not use optilocks. compact, secure, reliable return to zero if removed and no damage mounting because of the inserts, they fit straight to the action and have recoipl studs. Large range of sizes too. Just be aware that the bases for sako and tikka rifles are slightly different but the rings are the same. No silly little tiny screws either going into your action. It is a no brainer. Absoultey +1.... Why get a great rifle and scope then compromise with the mounts? Burris make (actually owned by Beretta that own Sako and Tikka) a good facsimilie of the Sako mount bur get the Tika/Sako specfice one for your rifle.....
