My son is afte a baby ferret, and we've had a right job finding any local. Can anyone help us out? We live in Gravesend and would prefer not to travel too far! Ferret Master Posted April 9, 2009 Report Share Posted April 9, 2009 Like previously said there will be plenty around soon, I also reccomend getting two as they are very social animals that love playing and sleeping together. In the meantime get a good cage and run set up for them and read up lots about them so that when you get some you are all ready for the little slinky stinkers. Ferretertom Posted April 10, 2009 Report Share Posted April 10, 2009 hello mate id advise you to start off with a male/hob see how it goes then consider another Do not get a female(unless neutered) for starting with because thet are fairly hard to look after seeing how they have 2 be taken out of season twice a year unless neutered.
