Get screw driver and heat it up via a blow lamp or heat gun and pierce the foam wings and then use a cable tie to connect them together when they are inserted in the decoy. Do the same with the tail and connect with the wing cable ties. This will keep the wings in place. The other thing is to angle the decoy inward when mounting on the magnet.
