badshot
Is there any one can give a bit of advice to help my son get started? How long does it take to pump up a precharge air gun with a stirrup pump and is it hard work? Or alternatively i have a divers bottle which has been left in one of my barns which has the following on it : PZ FABER 96/94117 023 BS5045/1/CM/S TP348 BAR 07.96 CP 232 BAR 15C 15.0L WT17.2 KG Would this be suitable? If so where can i get it filled? I have workshop compressors but they get nowhere near 232 bar so am guessing that it needs to be filled a specialist company. Any advice would be much appreciated. hinksford
First you need to get the Bottle tested, these need doing every few years, a dive centre will test and fill the bottle. Mick
badshot
does that mean it would be suitable? Assuming it is sound. If so, that is excellent. Thank you very much indeed. Any other advice would be greatly appreciated. Mark

Best take it to a local Gun shop and they will advise accordingly, most places charge around 3 quid to fill the bottle. Mick
