David BASC Posted April 21, 2009 Report Share Posted April 21, 2009 A farmer in Powys has a rabbit and pigeon problem on his farm, and is willing to let the vermin shooting FOC to a BASC member. A formal written agreement will be needed (the farmer has one from BASC) and you must commit to help the farmer with his pest problem as opposed to just turning up when you like!
