joeshaw08
I was thinking of buying a gunlamp for my air rifle and for my rimmy (when i get one) and was just wondering which is the best to go for, for around £70. It'll be for air rifle so I don't need a 400m beam or anything. I've been looking at the Deben Tracer Atom Tacticals, any of you use this or know if these are any good? Cheers, Joe
joeshaw08
Sorry, they must be able to attatch onto the scope, as most of my lamping will be done solo.
henry d
I haven`t tried that one but have got the Tracer max and it is used on air, rf and cf rifles and the only fault is the cigar lighter connection is a little flimsy, but a little electricians tape fixes that
Beardo
i've got a Tracer mini which is great for solo stuff, and a Lightforce 170 for lamping with a partner.
andy33
Recently purchased a Deben Tracer Stinger, scope mount with stock mount lamp switch, its a nice bit of kit and suitable for air and rimmy use goog for about 70 to 80 yards, the down side is the rechargeable unit is sold seperately at 35 and 6 quid for a red filter brings you to 86 quid which is pretty expensive for me. . It is a quality bit of kit i would say and if looked after would last and you would probably see a good slice of cash back if you sell on. Hope this helps.
