longnetter
can anyone help me out ?, I'm looking to purchase a Glenn Waters video entitled 'the art of longnetting'. I foolishly lent mine to a so called friend and he left the area along with my video and a couple of dvd's! I know I should know better by now, but there you go, I'm a thick as a brick and frequently prove it! It was a present from my son in law and he doesn't know that I've lost it. I will pay a reasonable price for it if I manage to track a copy down. Many thanks, LONGNETTER. :< :o
longnetter
Thank you all for the massive interest shown in my hectic search { A BIG FAT 0 } but thanks to Sean Johnson I'm sorted and have avoided a great deal of **** and family bickering! old rooster
Guess its one of those minority interest videos, I'd love a copy myself and would gladly pay you for one if you've the facilities to make one. I've a general ferreting/rabbiting video which is very good, shows you how to make nets (purse and long) and has an interesting section on various forms of longnetting. longnetter
Old Rooster, it wouldn't be the first Mick Mansbridge one would it? if it is then the old boy on the second part, Tom Sturgess, is a real decent old fellah, I met him several times at the New Forest shows! 1've got the other two videos Mick made with Edward Cooke too, those blokes know their rabbits and I've written to him and Ed to say how much I enjoy watching them, time and time again, my missus is fed up with seeing the videos now. But I always seem to find something new every time I view them, brilliant videos! If I can get my daughter to sort out a copy of this new one I'll let you know, anything that technical is well beyond the grasp of my simple mind! I love my long netting and ferreting more than most things these days, ask my missus! cheers longnetter. :o :o :*) Edited May 9, 2005 by longnetter
