I've had lessons with Barry at Sealand (NWSS), great chap will have you busting clays in a seconds, he certainly taught me the basics and more, but i really hadn't been shooting long when i had the lessons, a matter of weeks, if i had my time again i would of waited a couple of months then had lessons.

Only thing i would say is the practice range at sealand is a little limited, BUT you can go have a lesson on any of the other stand DTL compaq sporting etc etc, if you get there before they open at 9am, to give you some extra targets.

Were as worsley has lots of practise stands, and pretty much every traget you will come across in sporting.

I had my first ever shoot at catton which got me hooked, again plenty of stands, with regular CPSA comps, so the standard of the targets is good.

was out yesterday puting into practice what i have lerned aerlier in the week and it seems easier now. my stance has improved and can now face exactly where i want to shoot them, before i was to square on. only managed to get on skeet but i got 23, 23, 25, 24, 23, 22. i used to average 20 to 22 so a good improvment and even a strait. its all coming together now i understand thng better. another lesson in a few weeks and see how i go from theire. :good:
