SSS
Hi there. Im new to this so bear with me. I want to start fox shooting with my shotgun but dont know where to start. I have been out a couple of times but the only thing i have managed to get near me was a cub. I have seen plenty of foxes, the ground i shoot on has at least 7 including cubs but they never seem interested in my squeeking, whether it be with calls or anything else. Any one have any advice? i have heard about feather lures to use but dont know whether their worth the money. Scent lures are another thing i have heard about but how do i go about making the 'potion' I also want to know what sort of ammo to use for it. I bought some 50g BB's which quickly dispatched the cub. Any advice will be greatly recieved. Thanks
humperdingle
You could always try baiting... Leave some food in the same place on a nightly basis, and sit in a good, hidden spot.
