hi all i am in grimsby , and have a problem with my air rifle it would not take a charge , i have stripped it right down put new o rings in it re greased it and all looks ok , just wondering as any one got a stirrup pump or bottle i can use to try and see if it will hold a charge ? thanks

it was just passing the air straight through like the valve was open . but took it to bits and it aint sticking or nothing i have got a new valve been sent out by webley but wanted to try it before i fit the new one but no where open near me to try it ! only one shop in the whole town what charge them

sounds like the same as the airarms and need pressure inside to keep the valve closed if you have a bottle conect it up cock the gun and that should allow the knock open valve to close then fill as normal but if you dont have a bottle or pump your a bit stuck

yea i aint got one . need to get one really .. took it the other day as it was empty must have leaked some where and the gun shop tried to fill it and it was just going straight through , so i thought it would be somthing simple i have took the gun to bits every single thinkg out of it all the seals are ok and everything , just need a bottle or pump to try it now , as my gun shop aint got a clue !!! its either that or i think he tried to fill it too fast and blew a seal !
