I am not sure if anyone has ever posted this idea before but here it goes.

While I was sorting out my decoying kit today ready for tomorrow I noticed that my old crow deeks are looking very tatty and shiny, then it came to me. How about using black socks to act as flocking :hmm: so I got a black sock pulled it over the crow deek made a small incisionat the toe end to pulll the beak through , pulled the sock over the deek tied the excess of at the tail end & hey presto a fully flocked crow deek :hmm: Did the same again with the other deek and within 10 minutes I had two fully flocked crow deeks. From a distance you would never know it was socking not flocking  couldnt resist that ...

Also another plus the sock material wont peel and scuff like some of the flocked deeks do after a while.

Maybe you could do the same thing with grey socks on the pigeon deeks :hmm:
