kentishsteve
excellent fun. When i started out i bought 100 purse nets second hand, a ferret finder and colllar, a ferret box, and 2 ferrets, i made an adequate run for the ferrets not a rabbit hutch, and i pretty much jumped in head first only knowing the basics and gradually as the season went on my skills got better and better and the more i got into i picked up more land and caught more rabbits. My ferrets are very easy to look after i feed them once a day with a dry complete mix and also give them the odd rabbit and i always make sure that they have fresh drinking water and try to keep their run as clean as possible and also every time i check on them i handle each one

Bleeh
There's a few really good books on the subject (one by Jacky Drakeford or someone) and I'd really recommend a book like this for someone. It's best described like fishing - hours of doing nothing to 5 mintues of excitement, and you'll finish the day with a big grin or a massive frown.
