Epic Fail Posted September 11, 2009 Report Share Posted September 11, 2009 had this new today and put it on my two rifles i turned it on in the dark and put the cross hairs on the top of a wall 30m away the light beam was about 5 foot below where i was aiming and just to the right i also looked down a 50foot range and i could not see the light as it was even lower i tried the mount on the mount for the light facing both wals as i thought it might me angled one way (this didnt help) i even moved the mounts on the scoped and mounted the light at the front of the scope just as it starts getting wider also i turned the **** at the back to asjust it fully in both directions (with the allen key that comes with it) and this did nothing anyone had this problem before ?and any idea how to solve it ? badshot Posted September 12, 2009 Report Share Posted September 12, 2009 Mr Heath Robinson here, I have taped a piece of cardboard to the scope which raises the front of the mount therefore raising the light beam. Also has the effect of stopping the poxy mount spinning in the scope, as the tape is a cloth type so not slippery. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
